Emotional well-being coaching isn’t about positive thinking or journaling prompts. It’s about learning — at a physiological level — how to shift your body out of stress and into a state where you can actually think clearly, connect fully, and lead your life with intention.

You’ll learn practical techniques you can use in real time — in the middle of a hard conversation, a sleepless night, or a moment when everything feels like too much.

Sessions are one-on-one with Dr. Alex and are tailored to what you’re navigating. Whether that’s parenting stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or simply the weight of running a life — this work meets you there.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Trauma Sensitive HeartMath Practitioner with a Master of Science in Positive Psychology, Dr. Alex brings a research-informed, whole-person approach to every session.
