Membership & Care Plans — Life Sprout Collective

Life Sprout Collective  ·  Fairbanks, Alaska

Care built around
where your family actually is.

Most families come to us not because something broke — but because something in them knows their child deserves more than being managed. This is a different model entirely. Care that works with the nervous system, not around it.

Find Your Plan

Every care relationship
begins here.

Before anything else, we take time to actually know you. Your assessment includes a comprehensive health history, functional spinal evaluation, neurological assessment, and your first adjustment. When you leave, you’ll have a clear picture of where you are — and what ongoing care could look like.

Questions families
actually ask.

If something isn’t answered here, just ask. That’s what we’re here for.

Insurance & Payment

Do you take insurance?

We don’t. Life Sprout is a cash-based practice — which means no claims, no denials, no waiting for approval to get your family the care they need. What you pay is what you see, and membership keeps that number predictable every month. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Chiropractic care is an eligible expense under most HSA and FSA plans. Bring your card — it works like any other payment here.

Can we come in without a membership?

Yes. After your initial assessment, care is available without a membership commitment. Chiropractic visits are $60 per visit. Adult coaching sessions are $200. Youth coaching sessions are $105.

Memberships exist because consistent care gets better results — but the door is open either way.

Coaching

What’s the difference between coaching and counseling?

Counseling — therapy — is clinical mental health treatment. It’s licensed, it diagnoses, and it works with the past. Coaching is forward-focused: it’s about building tools, shifting patterns, and learning to work with your nervous system instead of against it.

The HeartMath and positive psychology work we do in coaching is evidence-based and practical — skills your child (or you) can use the same day you learn them. If someone needs clinical mental health support, I’ll say so and help you find it. This work is different, and it’s not a replacement.

Is coaching right for my child?

If your child struggles with big emotions, anxiety, sleep, focus, or just seems to be running on high alert — coaching may be exactly what they need. We start with a free consultation to talk through what’s happening and whether this is the right fit. No commitment required.

Pediatric & Family Care

Do you see newborns and infants?

Yes — and it’s some of the most important work we do. Birth is hard on a baby’s nervous system, regardless of how it goes. Forceps, vacuum, C-section, long labor, even a fast delivery — all of it puts stress on the spine and nervous system that a newborn can’t tell you about.

Early chiropractic care supports healthy development from the very beginning. The adjustments are nothing like what you’ve seen for adults — they’re gentle, specific, and most babies sleep right through them.

What does a pediatric chiropractic visit actually look like?

Gentle. Specific. Nothing like what you might picture. Watch the video below for a tour of the office and a look at the tools we use with kids — the specialized pillows, table toppers, activator, and low-force techniques that make care comfortable for even the smallest patients. Seeing it is worth more than anything I could write here.

Do you see the whole family, not just my child?

That’s exactly how we’re designed. Membership plans cover every member of your household — kids, teens, and adults. Because the nervous system doesn’t stop mattering when you turn 18, and a regulated parent is part of a regulated family.

Do I need a referral to start?

No referral needed. Book your assessment directly — individual or whole family — and we’ll take it from there.

How is chiropractic different from what my pediatrician does?

Your pediatrician is essential. We’re not a replacement. What we offer is a different lens — one that looks at the nervous system as the foundation of your child’s health, not just their symptoms.

Most of what we see in kids — sleep issues, chronic illness, emotional dysregulation, recurring infections — has a nervous system component that conventional medicine isn’t trained to address. We’re not competing. We’re filling a gap.

Not sure where
you land?

That’s what we’re here for. Some families look at Root and know immediately that’s them. Others feel the pull of Seed and understand — this is their season for that. There’s no wrong entry point. Just ask.
